Objet260 Connex3 for Color 3D Printing
Objet260 Connex3
Unmatched Design Freedom
Designers, meet the most liberating 3D printer in the world. The Objet260 Connex3 creates brilliantly colored prototypes with a range of multi-material components including rigid, flexible, clear and durable.
Get inspired by the possibilities. Then start prototyping with passion.
Prototyping Versatility
Sharpen communication, energize collaboration and shorten product development cycles. With PolyJet’s signature precision plus soluble support, you can capture every detail with greater efficiency and design freedom.
Material Variety
For parts that require a range of mechanical, optical or thermal properties – like overmolding, transparent housing, flexible hinges or heat-resistant surfaces – Connex3 can produce a range of Digital Materials in every print job for highly realistic prototypes without extra assembly and post-processing.
Simple Workflow
Stratasys Creative Colors Software, powered by Adobe 3D Color Print Engine, blends new color capabilities with a hassle-free workflow. Produce smooth three-color gradients and vivid multi-color models based on the color information in your original CAD file, and/or graphic elements added right in Adobe Photoshop. The software recommends the closest color match, and provides realistic previews to eliminate the guesswork.
Fine Detail
Create precise threading or crisp lettering directly from CAD. With 16-micron layer resolution, you can see, touch, test and perfect every detail.
Delicate Features
Soluble support material gives you the flexibility to create delicate features, internal voids or undercuts that water-jetting could miss or damage.
Efficiency
Not only is support removal hands free, models are smooth, beautiful and ready to handle without additional curing or post-processing.
Productivity
An efficient workflow means greater productivity, so Objet260 Connex3 achieves a low total cost of ownership.

Connex3 Materials
Flexible color:
When you combine three materials from the Rubber and Rigid Opaque families, you can produce prototypes with a range of Shore A values in a wide range of colors from deep dark to fluorescent, and even translucent.
Digital ABS in the Mix:
For outstanding durability and a range of Shore A values, you can combine durable, two-component Digital ABS material with Rubber material.
Simulated Polypropylene:
Tough single-material options withstand the stress of living hinges, flexible closures and snap-fit parts. Combine with Rubber-like materials for a range of grayscale shades and Shore A hardness values.
High Temperature:
This heat-resistant material is ideal for thermal testing of static parts. Combine with Rubber material to achieve a range of material properties.
Bio-compatible:
Medical rapid prototyping materials offer excellent detail visualization and dimensional stability for dental delivery trays, surgical orthopedic guides and hearing aids.
Rubber:
With a range of bright and subtle colors, opacities and elastomer characteristics, this adaptable material is ideal for modeling a wide variety of products from soft grip handles to footwear.
